GENERAL SIZING CHART

Garments are hand measured, so please allow for a 3-5 cm size difference.
This sizing chart is only a guideline; each person is unique and different.
For baggy/oversized styles, we recommend going one size up; otherwise, stick to 
your regular US/EU size.
Note:
Some products may have specific chart sizes, which will be listed in the product 
description
Due to screen monitor settings such as hue and gradation, resolution and images 
may differ from the actual product.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    New orders typically process within 3–8 business days. 

    If, for any unforeseen reason, an order is unprocessed after 10 days, it will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

    Please keep in mind that delivery times are only estimates and may be subject to shipping delays beyond our control.

    Standard Shipping Time: ~6-11 days
    Maximum Estimated Shipping Time: ~15-20 days

    Do you provide tracking numbers?
      Tracking information is provided once your order is processed

        I ordered two or more items but only received one. Where is my order?
          Orders that contain multiple items may be fulfilled as separate shipments based on vendor and warehouse inventory, resulting in the delivery of multiple packages at different times.

          Tracking information will be provided for each package as soon as it becomes available.
          Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make that happen.

            Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
              Throughout the delivery process, we send 2-3 emails. These include an order confirmation email, a fulfillment notice or shipping notice, and an out-for-delivery email.
                If you have not received any of these updates within 4 days of placing your order or believe you may have entered an incorrect email address, please contact customer support. 

                If you have not received any of our emails in your inbox, please check your 'spam' or 'junk mail' folder and add 'info@nouveexpress.com' to your 'White List' or 'Safe Sender List'.
