Refund policy

At NouvéExpress, we strive to ensure our items exceed your expectations. However, if the fit or feel isn't quite right, our hassle-free refund policy ensures you shop with complete peace of mind.

You may return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving your shipment or for a store credit within 30 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept responsibility for undelivered packages due to incorrect or missing delivery address information or lost or stolen items; such orders are non-refundable.

SALE, CLEARANCE, AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL.

We will not facilitate returns or exchanges for these items.

All return requests require photos or videos of the item(s) and its irregularities. Please include them with your submission to ensure the fastest processing.

Any orders left unprocessed after ten (10) days will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. Photos or videos of the damaged items must be provided. If you are unable to send us any media of the damaged items within ten (10) days, we will not be held liable for refusing the return.

RETURNS


We offer two return options: store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Non-defective returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's purchase price.

1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory product or one that does not match the specifications of your original order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

1.1 Return Packaging:
Before sending back any merchandise, always confirm that the product's packaging is tightly sealed and protected.

1.2 Return Conditions:
To return products, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Arrange the shipment using a reputable courier within ten (10) days of return approval.

  • Return products in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, etc.

  • Non-defective items should be in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Disassemble items if they were initially delivered in a disassembled state.

  • We strongly recommend securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.

  • Our fulfillment locations will verify and inspect all returned products to evaluate the validity of the complaint or return.

1.3 Return Instructions:
Detailed return shipping instructions and confirmation of receipt will be provided via email.

1.4 Acceptance of Returns:
Any returns that show signs of dirt, modifications, or tampering will not be accepted and may be returned to you.

1.5 Refund Processing:
A refund will be issued once all return expenses, shop credits, and exclusive discounts have been deducted.

EXCHANGES

If you are returning an item for exchange, our team must determine your preferred item. We will provide you with exchange information as soon as your returned product is processed.

GREEN RETURNS

A limited selection of items, determined by individual agreements with our vendors, may qualify for our Green Returns program. Under this program, eligible items allow customers to retain the original item while receiving store credit equal to the purchase amount. Eligibility for Green Returns is evaluated on a case-by-case basis upon submission of a return claim. 

If your item qualifies, you will receive a notification confirming eligibility and outlining the steps to receive store credit. Items not eligible for green returns will be processed as standard returns and must be sent back to us in accordance with our regular return procedures. 

Please note that Green Returns eligibility is final and at the sole discretion of NouvéExpress. Only items explicitly approved through our review process will qualify, and any items returned outside of this process will be managed as standard returns.

REFUNDS 

Refunds will be automatically credited to the original payment method used at checkout. 

Most debit and credit card refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, though depending on your issuing bank, it may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.

In the event that your card is no longer in use, the issuing bank will retain your reimbursements; please get in touch with them to retrieve your money.
